My first ever sketch

My first ever sketch was this picture above. can you guess who?
It is none other than Sungha Jung, the famous guitarist known for his "finger style" in playing the guitar.
It was the very first time I ever sketched and I used a 2h Faber Castle pencil for it
It took me a day that's probably why it doesn't resemble him that much.
Silent Waiting

I went to the airport to see off my Mom and my sister because they were going to a trip and I was just not available nor prepared for it. I was kinda envious because I wanted to travel too.
So, when I sent them off, I stayed at the airport for a while and just observed people.
There was this guy who was waiting for someone seated near me. It was around 4: 15 am and as a night owl person, I always have my sketchpad with me.
And so, I sketched him with the inspiration of the patient exhaustion of waiting for someone you've waited for while being comfortably silent.
I used a 2H pencil and a 6B for the shadowing and darkened areas.
Distorted Comfort

This artwork stemmed from the fact that I had sleeping issues.
My inspiration was to sketch how I deal with the inconveniences that come along with deviant sleeping pattern.
True, as a night owl person, it has some perks to it as I mentioned in "My Perspective" Page. However, I can't deny the frustration that sometimes it brings too.
I used an F Faber Castle pencil, a 2H pencil and a 6B pencil.
